Today I decided to start the day by writing some updates on my little slowpoke diaries. As I did, I opened up my red box of fun and fury which contained a lot of little things, memorabilias, artifacts watcha-ma-call-it and a lot of papers and receipts which reminded me a lot of the past. I started collecting stuff like these since my sophomore highschool days and wow good thing I started back then.
Today I watched the first two episodes of Vampire Diaries. There was one conversation in the said series where both the main characters were talking about the importance of keeping a diary. It was to remind you of the things that got you to what you are now in the present. Something to help you if ever you get lost and lose track of what is important.
Then I looked at the little big gift I got from my bestest friend of all which is the majestic slowpoke diaries :) haha. Lesson to be learned here, well more of a reminder I guess. Keeping memory of not only the big things but also the little things tells me about how fun life is. How good is it to enjoy life and every bit of it? Even more enjoying it with someone very special :) The people around you, the ones you love and also maybe some of those whom you don't like of which life wouldnt be complete without.
What a nice day to smile. To look at the past, keep note of the present, and await patiently for what the future holds. For whatever the future maybe, these memories that I hold in my blog, in my songbook of doom and despair, my(our =D) little slowpoke diaries. May they always remind me of the important things in life.
Today, no rush, no worries, let the world spin on its own .. for now. Back to doodling in the diary for me :D
And maybe one of my reasons for livin' were to make you smile, to make your time worth while...
So honey just drink that jungle freeze 'fore it turns into bile =D
